Anne-Sofie Rolfsjord specialises in probate, estate planning and financial family law.
Anne-Sofie assists with general advisory and dispute resolution, for example with the drafting and interpretation of agreements such as marriage and cohabitation agreements, last will and testaments, and inheritance agreements. She also has experience in facilitating and implementing succession processes (pre-arranged generational transfers) – often representing all heirs simultaneously.
Anne-Sofie specialises in international family law, including from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She has gained expertise and experience in international estate distributions.
She is a certified arbitrator through the Norwegian Bar Association.
Anne-Sofie is highly visible in her field and is a member of the in committee for family and inheritance law in JUS (the legal educational centre).
