Harald Strømstad

Harald is a seasoned lawyer whose dispute resolution and litigation experience spans 25 years. He has extensive litigation experience before the ordinary courts and the court of arbitration. This has included cases for preliminary injunction and arrest and cases before The Arbitration Institute of The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, respectively.

Harald has assisted in complex commercial disputes within a wide range of practice areas and with factual scenarios that were highly varied. His core competence is to communicate complicated facts in a simplified and logical manner to the court and to organise and direct the processes in the most efficient and beneficial manner for the case.

Harald is also passionate about lawyers' social responsibility. Throughout his career, his commitment to pro bono work has been strong. For example, he has headed up and organised free legal aid and training for Norwegian and international charities. Harald has also been a member of the Oslo Red Cross control committee for several years.
