Anette Mellbye has broad legal experience, especially within employment, intellectual property and company law.

She assists clients with all processes related to the employment law, from agreement negotiations to termination. She also advices companies on employment law issues in day-to-day operations, in connection with transactions and during downsizing processes.

Within intellectual property law, Anette specializes in the structuring, handling and assessment of patent portfolios, as well as with license and cooperation agreements.

Anette also has extensive experience in company law, including follow-up of the board of directors' and general manager's duties, as well as transaction work and shareholder and cooperation agreements. Additionally, she also works on succession assignments. 

Anette Mellbye har bred juridisk erfaring, spesielt innen arbeidsrett, selskapsrett og immaterialrett.

Hun bistår klienter med arbeidsrettslige spørsmål gjennom alle prosesser rundt ansettelsesforhold, fra forhandlinger om start til fratredelse. Hun bistår selskaper med arbeidsrettslige problemstillinger både i daglig drift, i forbindelse med transaksjoner og i nedbemanningsprosesser.

Innen immaterialrett arbeider Anette spesielt med oppbygging, håndtering og vurdering av patentporteføljer samt med lisens- og samarbeidsavtaler.

I tillegg har Anette bred erfaring innen selskapsrett med løpende oppfølgning av styrets og daglig leders oppgaver samt transaksjonsarbeid og aksjonær- og samarbeidsavtaler. Hun arbeider også med generasjonsskifter.
