Elisabeth Hoffmann primarily assists businesses and entrepreneurs with questions related to corporate law and contract law. In addition, Elisabeth works daily with company transactions, which has given her a strong commercial understanding and broad experience in contract negotiations and execution. Her work with transactions has provided her with extensive experience and competence in project management, minimizing time consumption in such processes.

Elisabeth focuses on providing quick and efficient service to clients, and is solution-oriented in her advisory role. Furthermore, Elisabeth has the ability to quickly identify relevant issues in the cases she works on, which contributes to her assistance being value-adding for the client.

As part of our litigation team, Elisabeth regularly represents cases in court, including assisting in high-profile compensation lawsuits in recent years.

Previously, Elisabeth also gained experience as an in-house lawyer at one of the largest banks in the Nordics, where she worked on the drafting of complex loan agreements and managing risk projects.

Elisabeth also has experience from board positions, which has given her a heightened understanding of operational issues and the importance of mitigating risks in daily operations.
