Kristian Hjellset

Kristian Hjellset belongs to the professional group for restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy, as well as the professional group for real estate.

He assists with advisory services and dispute resolution within business law areas. He also works with the administration of bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation estates, as well as restructuring processes. Additionally, he provides assistance with contract law and real estate law issues.

Kristian has a strong interest in business and commercial law. In the spring of 2024, he wrote his master’s thesis about legal protection of movable property in Sale Lease-back contracts. The thesis focuses on the protection of movable property in the event of bankruptcy risk.
