Kristina Bjørnelykke

Kristina works in the corporate department of the firm and assists Norwegian and international clients with advice on tax, corporate law, and transaction law. Her areas of expertise include planning and implementation of transactions, restructurings such as mergers and demergers, generational succession, drafting of shareholder agreements, and incentive schemes.

Kristina has a particular interest in corporate tax law and wrote a master's thesis in the fall of 2023 on losses on receivables in business.
