Bull strengthens its position within transactions and real estate

As of 1 April, Vegard Øien became a Bull partner. With his expertise, he will be an important and valuable resource for our corporate and real estate teams.

"Vegard has more than 20 years of experience in business law and possesses expertise within transactions, company law, contract law, real estate law and real estate development. We are very pleased that he is now a Bull partner", says Bull CEO Tine Wærsten.

Vegard’s insight within M&A is of great value. He regularly assists with M&A assignments on both sides of the transactions and handles domestic as well as cross-border matters.

His expertise within real estate also makes him an important resource for Bull's real estate team. In particular, he will be central to our increased focus on commercial real estate development.

Vegard has previously been a partner in Økland, where he was chairman of the board until 2022. He also has experience from board positions in several other companies.

Steady increase in the number of assignments
In recent years, Bull has experienced a steady increase in the number and size of assignments in the corporate/M&A area of law. With Vegard on board, we manifest our presence in these areas, taking a clearer position and becoming even better equipped to meet our clients' needs.
