Bull’s Financial Family Law Group is ranked in Chambers and Partners’ High Net Worth guide
Partner Randi Birgitte Bull is ranked in Band 2 for the third year in a row. This year we are excited to see Partner Anne-Sofie Rolfsjord ranked in Band 3.
We are also very proud that the firm's Financial family law team is ranked for the first time.
This is the result of many years of strategic work to build a strong team of trusted advisors specialising in personal legal matters. More recently, we have succeeded in recruiting several highly skilled lawyers and along with our core team, we now constitute one of the country's strongest expert teams within this specialty.
For many years, the group has focused on assisting clients with succession cases. In addition to personal legal issues, these cases also involve tax and company law issues. Our personal law team works closely with our tax and company law teams to provide a seamless service.
In addition to succession cases, we have a wealth of experience handling division settlements between spouses and inheritance settlements between heirs involving significant assets and complicated legal issues. This includes cross-border division settlements.
We offer our clients general advisory as well as assistance when disputes arise. Partners Randi Birgitte Bull Anne-Sofie Rolfsjord are also certified mediators and assist our clients with mediations both in and out of court.
