Harald Strømstad is new Bull partner

Harald Strømstad brings more than 25 years of experience as a business lawyer to Bull, including his specialisation in dispute resolution and litigation.

Harald has worked on complex disputes within a number of practice areas and has extensive experience bringing cases before ordinary courts and the court of arbitration.

By adding his expertise, we further strengthen Bull as a law firm, and together with the rest of the dispute resolution and litigation group, we are well equipped to meet our clients' needs in the future.

Wants to contribute to growth

Until recently Harald was a DLA Piper partner. In addition to dispute resolution and litigation, he has worked on many real estate mandates.

"We are very much looking forward to having Harald as a partner and colleague. I perceive him as very strong, both on the commercial and the relational levels," says Bull CEO Tine Wærsten.

Bull has seen significant growth in recent years in the number of employees as well as assignments. Going forward, two of our goals are to strengthen the individual practice areas and streamline our work methods further.

Looking forward to the teamwork

Including Harald, Bull's dispute resolution group now counts fourteen partners. The group is composed of lawyers from different practice areas and business sectors who have extensive litigation experience in their specialties, in addition to lawyers who are certified mediators. In recent years, Bull has also increased the number of partners who are admitted to appear before the Supreme Court.

With Harald on board, the ability to manage commercial disputes is further strengthened. We expect that practice areas such as Construction and Insurance, which manage disputes and litigation on a daily basis, will draw on Harald’s expertise.
